No commercial use without approval. 🚭 Smoking & Substances Smoke free property- no smoking or vaping, including outdoors. Severe risk of fire during dry season. Smoke smell remediation and cigarette butt clean-up will result in additional charges. If you smoke this may not be the right property for you. 🐾 Pets Dogs and cats allowed with prior approval and listed in booking. Additional $25 fee per pet per night. Keep pets off furniture. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated. When outside pets must be on leash. Please clean up after your pets inside and outside. We realize the outside is wooded, however around the house, fire pit area and the lawn the next guest or their kids could unknowingly step in it. We just ask that in those areas no doggie business is left behind. ✨ During Your Stay 👠 Please no shoes in the house. Cozy slipper socks are provided for your comfort. Mud, salt, excess dirt on floors could result in additional fees. Don’t move furniture or décor. Do not attach anything to the walls, no decorations - extra fees will apply. Stays over 7 days require a light mid-stay clean (guest charged). No refunds for Wi-Fi or power outages. Mail or package deliveries not permitted. 🔒 Safety & Security Do not tamper with safety devices (cameras, smoke/CO₂ detectors). You are in the woods, there is wildlife and uneven terrain. Please be mindful of where you venture, you do so at your own risk. For your own safety, absolutely no climbing on the boulders or up trees. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out by 11 a.m. Late checkout upon request; fees may apply. 🚗 Neighbors & Parking Be courteous with outside noise, lighting, and parking. Quiet hours between 10:00pm-8:00am - out of respect for our neighbors please no loud voices or music outside between these hours. Park only on gravel in front of cabin — not on grass or near fire pit. 💦 Hot Tub If you would like to enhance your time at the cabin, the hot tub is available for an additional $50 per night. Limit soak to 15–30 minutes; avoid overheating. Shower before use; no glass or food nearby. No pets in hot tub. Always supervise children; not to be left unattended in hot tub. No use by kids under 7 years of age. Water ≤95°F for kids, ≤100°F for adults; kids max 10-min sessions. Close and secure cover after each use. 🔥 Fire Pit & Fireplace Use dry firewood only — no trash, leaves, or accelerants. Never leave fires unattended; extinguish before going inside. Fireplace: do not use water to put out the fire, it will damage the insert. Close the fireplace doors. Let the flames die out on their own. Our cleaner will take care of the ashes. Be mindful of wind and local burn restrictions — safety first! Firewood not supplied. 🌿 A Little Reminder** Report damages or issues — we know accidents happen. Unauthorized guests, parties, or pets may result in extra fees or early checkout. By booking a stay you agree to the house rules and will abide by them.
